1. No Refund Policy

All sales made through SunwayJaipurOnline are final. We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds will only be considered under the special circumstances mentioned in Section 2 of this policy.

2. Damaged or Defective Product – Special Case Only

A refund may only be considered if:

  • The product received is genuinely damaged, defective, or unusable.

  • The damage occurred before or during delivery and was not caused by customer misuse.

  • An identical replacement in the same design, size, and color is not available in stock.

To make a claim for a damaged or defective product:

  • You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video from the time the package is opened.

  • You must provide clear photographs showing the product and the issue.

  • The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The required evidence must be shared with us through WhatsApp or Email.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence, an unboxing video, or after the specified time period may not be accepted.

If the claim is verified and a suitable replacement is unavailable, the refund may be processed according to our Refund Policy.

3. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved under the applicable policy, it will generally be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund amount to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.

4. Exchange Policy – Size Issues Only

We offer exchanges only for size-related issues, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange is available only for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

  • Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product while requesting an exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Shipping charges related to exchanges will be borne by the customer.

If the requested size is unavailable, our No Refund Policy will apply.

5. Product Representation

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • Lighting conditions during photography

  • Mobile, computer, or other device display settings

  • Screen resolution

  • Photography and editing conditions

Minor variations in color or appearance will not be considered manufacturing defects and will generally not qualify for a refund or exchange.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our courier partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on our website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SunwayJaipurOnline shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Delays caused by courier or logistics companies.
